A 46-year-old man has appeared before Edinburgh Sheriff Court charged with the murder of prominent local business owner and aesthetics campaigner Vikki Soloman.
Lee Greenan, 46, of Edinburgh, appeared in court on Thursday, July 23, facing three criminal charges: murder, assault to injury, and assault. During the private hearing, Greenan entered no plea, was committed for further examination, and was remanded in custody pending his next court appearance within eight days.

Emergency services were called to a property on Craigievar Square in the East Craigs area of Edinburgh at approximately 8:45 PM on Monday, July 20, following reports of a severe disturbance.
Upon arrival, paramedics found 44-year-old Vikki Soloman with critical injuries. Despite emergency resuscitation efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
