According to newly surfaced community notices, Zeshan Afzal was the beloved son of Muhammad Afzal, with roots in Oldbury, Birmingham, and Mohra Sher Shah, Pakistan. He was also the nephew of Muhammad Aslam and Ali Aksar. As of the afternoon of February 21, no arrests have been made, and the suspects remain at large.
